★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was excellent, staff was really nice and went above and beyond. The only thing to take a star away was we couldn't serve ourselves breakfast had to have staff do it for us. Minor compared to the rest of the great stay for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the hotel early January 2022. When I arrived it was late, the person at the front desk had already upgraded my room for me. I was also very happy to find a hot breakfast available. The room was great and the staff were top notch! This hotel is highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms here are great. Pretty modern as far as other hotels go in Sask. The pool/hot tub opens at 6am!!! The only issue is no waffles both days. If you have two waffle makers… make WAFFLES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids had a great time, room was clean. Front desk staff were super friendly, breakfast staff were awesome. Hot tub was hot (in my experience, most hotels hot tub is warm at best). Pet friendly (front desk staff gave my dog a sqeaky toy)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As advertised: clean, comfortable, friendly and unassuming. Rooms are practical with fridges and microwaves. Yes, you can hear other guests, so pack your ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, but the rooms are clean and cozy and the hotel is generally pretty quiet. Super convenient location close to the mall and grocery store and right off of Highway one. Perfect for a road trip stop. I will stay here again next time I pass through!

As soon as we walked in Sandra was so welcoming and accommodating. Showed up about an hour before check-in so the room they planned for me was still being cleaned but it didn't matter because Sandra immediately checked with the head cleaner and found a room that was ready for my family. Also had our cat with us so there was a one time $20 fee for pets but that seems to be common across hotels, however this was the first hotel that gave us a cat toy on arrival.
There's a pool and hot tub, and the Medicine Hat Mall is just a parking lot away. Rooms are up to date, big, and most importantly clean. Would highly recommend.
