★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait a fair amount as there were a couple of trainees working-- I'm not blaming or complaining. When I did get my meal it was worth the wait. Had the spicey chicken sandwich and it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to give them anither solid review in a few weeks once the hype dies down. But, they had about 1.5 people working at 11:00 a.m. with cars in the Drive threw and a line of at least 5. Waited 20 minutes and realised it wasnt worth it for a coffee.
I'll try again though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went over Tuesday evening, got 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers. Pretty good. Went back 5 min later for 2 more. Bacon was nice and crispy. Lettuce and tomatoes seemed fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just thought you folks deserved stars! I wanted to move from America and see the world. Not going to lie I looked up Australia Wendy's first. Sadly our brand isn't there. Wendy's has always been my life! Great brand with real ingredients. But then sadly I see your customers are crazier than American ones and decide on Tokyo ? ? ? From a fellow QSRE warm wishes and fast services times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a bit sad to see the broccoli and cheese baked potato was off the menu! Granted, I was probably the only person who loved it. But none the less, the service was fast. I would have to say the pop machine was the most annoying... The people ahead of us had no clue how to use its unnecessarily complicated interface. I wasn't much better! But one machine and 100+ choices of pop flavours means it's a bit of a wait to get your self serve drink. Other than that, food was good, and a very clean and tidy restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put in a mobile order for a specific time and came in 5 minutes after and apperentlly they hadn't made any of it. Then when I got home items were completely missed on the order but charged for on the receipt. Phone number doesn't work so there's no way to contact the restaurant either to get my order fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were traveling through on Good Friday. I’m new to online food ordering but I though to try it to speed up the process. Wendys was one of my options because they showed online they would be open till 8 PM on Good Friday. I selected my order but waited to submit it till 2 blocks away from their location. We arrived a few minutes before 7 PM and the joint was locked up already. And unfortunately they charged my credit card without making any food… go figure.
