★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I have to wait to have my order remade because they can't read the screen. Read the screen!!!! I've turned to ordering soup since it's easier but heaven forbid you have a dietary need...no carrots. Then argue because it's pre portioned...Ok I get it but it's just broccoli then man. How hard is that?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edo Japan is my families favourite fast food restaurant as it is fresh and can be made as healthy as you like. I do not prefer this location though since it is inside the Medicine Hat Mall. I prefer the one by the Wal-Mart super-center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has gone downhill in the last few years. I ordered Teriyaki Chicken with no mushrooms and no broccoli and they served up beef. They do not seem to pay attention they just want to get done.
