f	faris nabil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here as we were traveling from Regina to Calgary woth kids. The staff were so great however, system was down and made us wait longer for check-in. The room was so bìg but prices were high. Although i am an IHG this was one of highest daily rate I paid during the past 5 years.

The pool is great, even with restrictions due to covid. The hotel is clean and they have signs throughout the hotel about mask wearing and social distancing due to covid.
J	James Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jade, at the front desk, was super kind and friendly. Our room was large, clean, and pet friendly. The hotel is easy to access from the highway, there are restaurants very close. I definitely will stay again.
C	Cam Davie, CD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were nice except for two things: The AC unit wasn't working properly, had to call the front desk to try and sort it out but it wasn't successful. So I tried unplugging it hoping that it reset when it was plugged back in. And the connector door to the next room, it allowed the voices of the girls next door to come through quite loudly. It's not as if they were trying to be loud as they were just talking, but it sounded as if they in the same room as us, because we could understand every word they said. Two Hotel staff arrived about 5 minutes after I got the AC unit working again, but just looked at my wife and I without saying or doing anything when we pointed out how the sound was traveling through the doorway. Thankfully the girls next door stopped talking around midnight and we were finally able to shut out TV off and goto sleep.
J	Josh Doerksen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paper thin walls. And they have rooms beside the convention rooms. So got to hear people till 2 am. Staff are great and it’s clean, it’s a terrible hotel though. Slept with the TV on all night to drown out the noise. We were also in an “accessible room”, neither of us require it. But we could very clearly see this was not an accessible room. I’m 6’3 all good height for me. Also can’t help but wonder why the accessible room are the ones by the convention room. Do they not deserve a quiet place to sleep? It was probably one of the worst sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. Like I said staff are great. But who ever designed this hotel should be out of a job.
h	hubs77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a 2-queen suite with sofa bed and full-size fridge, but were disappointed to see only a bar-sized fridge in our room. Our room was not made up after our first night's stay, resulting in us having to ask the front desk for numerous items that had not been restocked in the bathroom. This was annoying, especially after asking for room service and returning at the end of the day to an unmade room. The breakfast options were basic, but there were a few hot/cold options that would suit most tastes. The pancake machine didn't work, but the breakfast staff were all helpful. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. The pool was our favorite. We loved that the pool was separate from the waterslide. The pool was warm and the waterslide was a good length for older kids and adults to enjoy.

The room was clean and the high quality you can expect from Holiday Inn. Also, there was a hot continental breakfast with pancakes, eggs, and bacon on top of the usual baked goods, cereal, fruit, etc. And the staff as we checked out were also super kind.
D	Derek Dabrowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk lady Jade was so accommodating took the time to show us the board rooms and help us with any request we had all while during a very busy time and did it all with a smile and very friendly attitude. The breakfast was also amazing with friendly staff that was keeping everything fresh and full. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the pool was super cold I hope my next stay it’s warmer.
