★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely suggest going to Spirit Halloween for décor and costume pieces and it's a lot more realistic then what you would find at Value Village so you are paying for what you get :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy my costume. I took it home to try it on and the inflatable had holes in it. Went back to return it and they said that returns weren’t available. What a waste of time and $75!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the store, and the products. However if the store actually opened when it's supposed to that would be great, more then one occasion they have been anywhere from 30 mins to an hour late and today the opening Time was 8, it's 930 and it's not open?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to have my costume reserved and when I arrived it was at the front desk ready for pick up. Great shop. lots of costumes for Kids and Adults. Watch out for the scary spider (fake) near the front of the store it jumps out at you. lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing selection of goods at cheap prices. One star for the absolutely rude and unknowable staff. Had to interrupt a couple girls on their phones in the middle of the store twice to ask questions about what they carried. Both times we were met with attitude deep sighs and without even looking up from their phones “don’t know if we carry that sorry” absolutely zero customer service. We waited to try on a costume but again the girl was no where to be found asked another across the store who was on her cell and she just said “she should be over there I’m busy stocking”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This may be due to Covid 19 but this year Spirit Halloween in Medicine Hat had limited stock. Not as large a selection like previous years.
They just had the basic costumes you would find every year.
