Went to a few other competitors and got the royal treatment with regards to service ( how can we help you, what features are you looking for, price point, delivery date needed etc). As we were getting in the car, my wife said " Well I guess they just lost the sale!" I could have agreed more.

Rude sales person rushed me off the phone and seemed annoyed at the questions I was asking about buying a $10k+ fridge. Said he’s never heard of anyone try to talk appliances over the phone. Funny… all your competitors do. Not even the level of service I would expect for a $500 fridge. Good luck!

Not cooling enough - reason unknown. However, Coast looked after us, got another fridge in and all worked well thereafter. Purchasing and delivery was quick and painless. I'll be back.

Other retailers do not negotiate and can be uninformative. They had products while other bigger stores had none ; I was able to get what I was looking for and was out in 15 minutes with my beautiful appliance loaded on my truck .. The store was super clean , bright and big ....I am a Costco guy but will be calling Coast Brampton first from now on .

One time, when he was out of country for a vacation( I called being unaware of it), I wanted regarding my delivery date and time and left him a VM. I couldn't believe that, within few minutes, he called me from out of country and he resolved my problem to my entire satisfaction. I would recommend Jasmeet to anyone as your sales rep. Great guy. And the store is super clean, well organized. Also, every time, when I called the store, every one there was very friendly and helpful. I wish all success to tis business. Good luck.

The online assistance was great and the buying experience would have been exceptional if we had placed the order online and we would have been able to receive free delivery, but the installation portion of the sale had to be completed in person and we decided to purchase the appliances through their Burlington store, unfortunately we missed out on free delivery which is available for online sales only, live and learn. We won't make this mistake again. They also price match like many other appliance sellers. Delivery and set-up went well and their team arrived within the promised delivery window. Special thanks to Melvin (online sales) and Jasmeet (Burlington store). Coast Appliances offers a wide survey of products and brands.
