Time after time, despite being friendly, lousy service, regardless of department or time of day….. I have a discount card from my employer, and I’ll still NEVER shop there again. Go to Home Depot, how to Lowes, don’t waste your time.

Went to get succulents it says they have for 3.50 they had none. Grabbed a few things anyway only to have 2 employees stand a foot or less away from me and watch us check ourselves out because they only had self check out... they watched over my shoulder the whole time... it was so uncomfortable... I will never go back. Why not just have a check out at least there's some space between you and the them...

Every time I come to this rona in my hometown it's the same story. Nobody is interested in helping you, Nobody knows where anything is, the store is very unorganized, can't find anything properly because every fitting and small item is in the wrong bin, so many times I've come here for a item that they have 20 units of and for some reason nobody can find 20 missing units. The worst part is this store is never busy so I don't have a clue why it's so hard to get good service in here. I didn't come to this conclusion over night, ive been coming here for 5 years and nothing changes.

Jill in customer service was AMAZING! Quick to help over the phone and she even helped carry my firewood to the car because my hands were full. Customer service like this makes me want to come back and buy things I don’t even need! ❀️

Kathleen the assistant manager needs to learn how to use the intercom and how to do a proper store closing. She is constantly on the intercom, sometimes picking it up without saying anything, and telling the employees the closing duties and how late they will be staying over the intercom (huge lp issue) . I couldn't find any help in windows and doors, and then again in hardware. When Ashley (in training) tried to help me she wasnt knowledgeable (understandable) and after thanking her for her help she just stood there (because the store was closing) like an attempt to escort me to the cash. When I got to cash I had to tell her that the different hardware had different skus and had to be rang in individually (I could have saved alot of money but I am an honest person). I don't blame the cashier as she was polite and no doubt flustered from Kathleens constant orders. Also had to wait behind the buggy guy pushing a kart and then stopping constantly down an aisle (killing time I guess). The worst shopping experience in a home centre ever. Honestly they should be embarrassed. Obviously as a customer my experience doesn't matter.

I ordered a product online, but was unable to pick it up right away. I called to cancel the order, but was told that it was already picked up. I asked to talk to a supervisor, but when he called back, the language barrier was so severe I couldn't understand him. He later emailed me, but obviously didn't understand the situation and wanted information that had already been given as well as much more. Knowing that I would not get a refund, I referred the issue to PayPal, who found in my favor. I dealt with Rona since only they had the product in stock, but as a Project Manager and a Construction Supervisor, I can say that this and other experiences have shown me that Rona and Lowe's (who own Rona) are so far below Home Depot in customer service and product knowledge that it's pathetic.

Great experience... staff was helpful and knowledgeable about lawnmowers. Even the one employee who I first went to talk to wasn't confident so he found an employee that was in a great timely manner. Excellent experience.

We went in to this location today to look for everything for a bathroom renovation. We couldn't find any staff when we had questions but while looking at toilets, TWO staff were assisting another customer and a large man ( staff) totally shoved us out of the way! This is still during covid even, it was unbelievably rude! We walked out, without buying anything and won't ever go back.
