B	Brooke Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not go to this store again unless I absolutely have to. The staff are not friendly and today I watched an elderly lady struggle with a 10 foot umbrella. She simply asked an employee if there was a way to collapse it to carry and he looked up and barked 'are you talking to me? I'm actually in the middle of something' and carried on. The umbrella bag then broke and fell and she struggled to pick it up and carry to the front herself all while the employee completely ignored her. I then had another employee walk up to me and tell me the item I had was not for sale. I explained It had a price tag on the bottom I didn't realize and she just came up and took it back and told me again it was only partially for sale and I could have the part with the tag. I told her no thanks as she grabbed it from me and marched away. I felt so embarrassed and frustrated at the way I was talked to when it was an honest mistake. I highly recommend the bigger stores in town where the staff are much friendlier.

However, this is the 2nd time I've had to deal with the service department in which, in my opinion, the attitude was not acceptable for customer service. I try very hard not to be disrespectful when dealing with people, so I expect the same in return. This was not the case today. I understand people have bad days, but you work in the public sector. I just wanted to get my wife's chainsaw fixed. On top of that, a 15 minute job (pull cord replacement) to take 3 weeks is ridiculous. I understand the wait, but it felt like he was just mad that he had to come to work today. Great store, just not so great in the service department.

We had a little bit of help from the plumbing manager, Joe. Joe also gave us terrific service. We are so lucky to have a great team and shop like this in town!
