After two print orders in the last two weeks had me driving back and forth to Waterdown, he was able to quickly problem solve the issue for me. Big props for this kind of customer service during these unprecedented times.

When I picked it up and brought it home I found that the box was open and there was a piece missing making the item unusable. I brought it back to be replaced with a different model. First it took about 30 minutes to get authorization for a refund, then the staff member could not find the item while the website stated it was in stock. Eventually he found it and I had to pay for it again since the refund could not be processed right away. A week has passed I still got no refund. I contacted online support and they told me there was no refund processed at all. Sorry Staples, I tried to support you but you are just a pain...

He went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my new phone and plan. Not only did he find me a smokin' deal on the exact phone I was looking for but he even stayed late to make sure I was fully setup. 10/10 will be shopping here again

On 2022-January-07, a staff member quickly helped me find the correct size of replacement 3x5 memo pads that I needed to fit my pocket-memo-book cover. When I walked away from the memo pad display shelf in aisle 6 with the merchandise that I wanted to purchase, I accidentally left on the shelf my personally-owned pocket-memo-book cover that I had used to test-fit the replacement memo pads. I did not discover my loss until I got home, a significant distance away from the store, and could not get back to the store immediately. Two days later, on 2022-January-09 at about 15:40 I re-visited the store, explained the situation, and asked if anyone had turned in my memo-book cover and its memo pad. The staff member immediately and cheerfully checked the lost-and-found cache and (I speculate) the security video in the back of the store, and then returned with my property. Getting it back was a great relief. My two consecutive positive experiences demonstrate that staff in this Staples store is organized, helpful, efficient, and honest. Thank you, Staples team members!
S	Shane Bowley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked online for a printer. Showed it as in stock. When into store to buy associate said he couldn’t find it. I said fine I’ll take the display model. Was told “sorry I can’t because of hygiene stuff” I said I’ll disinfect it I don’t care. Refused. Didn’t offer any help finding an alternative in stock option just told me to order it online. 4 employees on the floor I’m the only customer in the entire store. Great effort from the staff to support. This is why everyone turns to Amazon. I wanted a printing solution for my business guess staples won’t be getting any more of my business. Especially not this location.
