★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience so far with this location has been amazing! They are the only location in Ontario with the chair I had been eyeing on display that I was interested in. I live very far from this location but the team was fantastic - I emailed asking for a few photos of the chair so I could see it in as good as real life as I could get, and to my shock I got a prompt response with photos. Needless to say I ordered the chair and would absolutely order from this location again. Customer service was excellent - I know I heard from Alexandra and perhaps others on my interactions and they were all fantastic. I can't wait for my call when my order comes in! Thank you team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to the Assistant Manager, who's name I did not catch, on 12-October-2021.
During our move into a new home in the past few days, I have misplaced the hardware screws for assembling of the Hamburg Acacia wood King size bedframe and simply wanted to purchase new hardware and/or get the hardware spec so I can purchase it on my own.
As I was unable to provide a receipt for the frame we purchased years ago, and such the assistant manager refused to help, telling me she was simply following rules.
It was shocking and depressing. I simply wanted the screws to assemble the bedframe.
Speaking to the Ancaster location next, they were very helpful and within a few minutes we had put in an order for what was missing.
Overall the Burlington location customer service was low quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a Familie sofa from the store. As there was no actual item on display in the store, we based our buying decision on what was displayed on their online website. We did not expect the fabric to be prone to pilling. Just barely a month after since it was delivered to us in Aug this year, the fabric started to pill. We emailed the store to bring this concern but only to be told that it was a wear and tear so they can't do anything with it. We also purchased 8 dining chairs from this store and it turns out the same experience with the quality as some chairs have started creaking. Next time we will go elsewhere to buy good quality furnitures even if we have to pay extra more as this experience turns out to be more expensive as such furnitures don't last long. Disappointed with our shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to say HUGE THANKS to the Structube team who works at this location. Came up to get this beautifull bed from Vaughan and had no disappointments at all. Friendly and easy going stuff who’s willing to help, and provide suggestions with no hesitation. Strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not appreciate having the store lights turned off on us while browsing. If store staff wanted to signal us to leave because it was close to closing time a polite reminder that they are closing in a few minutes would have been sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to buy a pair of wall painting today which was on display in the store. We went to the front reception where 2 staff are there seemingly uninterested in assissting customers, both on their phones. Very poor.customer service as the store was empty
And both staff had their eyes.glued on there phones. Maybe they own the store so they have that liberty but sure, i guess they sold enough for the day that they could not be bothered anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so pleased with the staff at Structube in Burlington. I've ordered several items online that were shipped to Burlington during COVID. The pickups and calls were amazing and I LOVE the products (cutest dining room chairs ever). I recently purchased another chair for my bathroom and I was able to go into the store (so exciting) and pick it up. It was missing the screws so I called the next day, and no trouble at all...I was able to pick up the screws without having to send everything back (which is often the case at other stores). The best part was the employee on the phone called me "Miss" LOL...nothing like making a 50 plus lady feel young again:)
