I was in the market to sell my car but was on a tight deadline since we're moving across the country soon. I decided to give Clutch a try to see what they'd offer me for my vehicle. They proposed a very competitive offer which was too good to pass up. I was still hesitant as it seemed too good to be true but went along with it. Dropped off my car here and they took care of the whole process and the funds were deposited in my account 3 days later as promised. Overall, a great experience. My only comment would be that you guys really need a sign at this location.

Shout out to customer advisor Tracy and delivery person Robert who did a great job! The scratches turned out to be much less visible than in the photos. They even left a Shell gift card as a sweet surprise.

They gave me a the best offer compared to their competitors so I went with them. The people who helped me were fantastic and answered all my questions. They did say it would take 3-5 days to receive the money after they got the car which I was a little hesitant about but, they delivered and the money showed up in my account only 2 days after. Fantastic company! If you ever have to sell or buy a car definitely take a look at clutch. Thanks again.

I just recently purchased a vehicle through them and from the first visit to their website to the delivery of my car, was the best customer service I have ever had buying a car. Anirudh as my customer advisor, Isiah as the individual who delivered the car and I apologize I can't recall the name of the person helping me over the phone coordinating the events. Definitely enjoyed this experience a lot more than the traditional car dealership. They gave me 10 days to test out the car and if anything fell short of my expectations, they were ready to provide me with a full refund, no questions asked. Their 3 month guaranteed warranty continues to give me peace of mind with my purchase. Buying a car online seems to good to be true until you realize that a great team and business model can make it happen! Recommend Clutch 10/10! Thanks again for helping me into my new car!

We just moved to Canada from Australia, and because of Clutch’s online system, we were able to reserve and get the ball rolling on our car purchase before we even arrived in Canada. There customer service was amazing, allowing me to verify my identity with an Aussie license and reserve the car over the phone. From beginning to end, all the Clutch staff were amazing and I couldn’t be happier!
