★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently drove to BC since I wanted to take my parents there for a long time. Not knowing and expecting anything from the drive, on we went. Turns out it was a traumatic experience for me as I was the only driver and no experience driving on the mountains. I didn't have much confidence with our vehicle to begin with as it is a FWD and we had issues with it during the winter. So, needless to say, the steering wheel began to wiggle or feels like it when I sped up at 100+ kmh. Terrified and worried as we were driving with a dense fog and heavy rains up the mountains, I googled an auto repair shop and due to the good reviews I phoned EZ4U. This shop did not disappoint. They really made it EZ and safe for us to drive back to SK. I am so thankful I found this shop. I liked, how they are thorough and explained to me what is urgent and what is not. What should be normal and what is not. There was even ff up details on what to check when we get back to SK. I was still nervous driving back home but I had more confidence with my vehicle that we will get home safe. Thankyou Robert and Eva and the rest of the staff. You guys make a good team! Thankyou for taking care of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car had drivetrain malfunction issue today, Robert examined the issue closely and patiently and explained the potential root causes without charging me a penny. This was an intermittent issue so he helped reset the error code as a temporary mitigation. Robert is very knowledgable and trustworthy, I would definitely revisit the shop and get the car fixed by him in the future.
