Later on within weeks, my brakes started grinding and that's when when I brought it to island city. They took pictures and showed me brakes that were ground to nothing. The last place I took it too never replaced it. This is when I realized how important it is to find a place you can trust. The mechanics at the shop took pictures of of any additional or optional services that i may have needed so I could see and confirm myself. That alone is literal proof that they do honest work. Worth every penny and great service.

They were open and upfront about what they car needed, including showing us the parts that would need to be replaced in the future. Fast forward to this weekend, and we took our car in to complete the service that they recommended. During the service and work, I was blown away by how friendly and accommodating the team was. This was only made better with the level of communication they provided us during the whole process, including dealing with unforseen delays caused by a power outage. Kudos to the team at Island City! I'll definitely be recommending then to everyone I know.

Their experienced staff diagnosed my issue and was corrected in a very timely manner. Thanks for the superb service. If you have never stopped in, please consider giving them a try and see for yourself the quality of service offered. Fantastic service- excellent knowledge, & they were really polite and transparent with the issues with my car which is hard to find now days. Great professional and friendly shop. Customer Service was amazing, I never felt pressured to get more work done than needed. Very thorough with their work and explained what needed to be done with a very accurate time estimate. I normally don't refer friends and family to business's but with how exceptional the level of service has been; and not to forget the amazing pricing (saved roughly 30% based on the quote given from Acura dealership) I have nothing but good things to say about Island City Automotive. A Truly Honest and Trustworthy auto shop that will have my business for years to come. Highly Recommend.

That they were able to pin point where my noise was coming from and what part needed to be replaced. I had gone to a few other shops in the area and they had no idea. This will be my go to place for mechanical work from now on. I don't mind the long drive as I live in surrey when it comes down to someone taking care of my old car. Infiniti g20 2000. Dion and staff are solid and are usually busy but I would give them a call before you go in. They will definitely make the time to see you despite how busy it gets in the shop and do their best to help you with whatever issues you are having with your car.
