β β β β β Great customer service. I parked my car in their lot before it opened at 10am on Saturday. When the garage opened, Gary and Derek and their team started working on it right away and were communicating the progress throughout the day. With the multi-point inspection, they were able to uncover a few necessary repairs and gave me options. Car was completed on time and with a smile. Definitely worth bringing my Audi back for repairs.

β β β β β Derek and the team really know cars inside and out. I had a very weird and intermittent problem with the tracking control system and lead to power lose.
They were able to diagnose and repair my car right away. They are experts with automotive computer systems.

First of all want I to thank Klaus ,Gary and everyone else that contributed in help service , clean and repair my Range Rover.
The team over at muse AutoSport is one that I have never seen before..majority of people have judgments against mechanics but these guys are the real deal. Not only did they service my car but they kept me updated from hour to hour on what problems I had without even me knowing.
Better yet , they gave me a full run down on what the computer showed had to get fixed and were very transparent on what needed to get fixed right away versus what I could go without for time being.
The guys that work there all have great attitudes and create an environment that assures you that your vehicle will be taken the best possible care of.
Muse AutoSport has my service for life and I will only be recommending them to anyone I know needing a hand with their vehicle.
If I could , I would give them a 10 out of 5 rating as I was so pleased I couldn't keep a smile off my face for the rest of the day.

β β β β β Derek at Muse is always very informative, provides me with real answers to my questions and shows me exactly whats wrong with my car, the most cost effective way to fix it and how to prevent unexpected repairs in the future. Not to mention but the pricing is very fair!

β β β β β Definitely not impressed with this place at all. Put a deposit down on a car to ensure I had some time to execute a financing deal that made sense without someone else buying the car. Messaged them the next day to have their financer reach out to me that morning and didn't get reached until I called at the end of the day. Turns out the financer had the day off. Then they told me if I couldn't figure financing out before the following afternoon the car would be sold to someone else. I then tried to reach out to different lenders and put in serious leg work to make this deal happen. After not even getting a financing quote, I was then told that they were unable to do anything for me and sold the vehicle to someone else. Complete mickey mouse operation and fully got teased.
