★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in Richmond. Then again how do you expect a shop that rents u-hauls, sells cellphone cases and acts as a UPS access point to have any sort of coherency or expertise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin is a life saver! He fixed my phone charging port in a reasonable time. He really knows his stuffs especially since my phone isn't the typical iPhone or Samsung. You can trust that he isn't going to fix the problem only to have it broken again later on.
I had it done before at another place and it was awful so being able to go to Kevin is a huge relief.
They also have great selections as well for phone accessories and even better pricing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never bought anything from here but as an UPS Access Point Location, it is just unacceptable. Came half an hour before 3:30pm which is the closing time on Google, arrived there and I saw the closing time is 4pm during weekend as it is stated in front of the shop but door is locked. So, I called Kevin who has his number down on the gate and ask about their hours especially when I have called beforehand so I could make sure there will be sufficient time for picking up my parcel yet he did not even apologize for it. I mean, as a customer, you can disrepect me but at least respect your opening hours. Please.

I've also used this location for a Uhaul rental. Professional service, explained how I could save some money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in Ontario, still waiting for a phonecase! When I track the item, the date keeps changing for there Estimated Delivery, also, there is no communication from this company. Not sure why Best Buy wants to use this company on the Best Buy website.....Get Rid Of Them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exian is a phone accessory company. They have a huge selection of cases, from artistic to utility. They have bumper cases, magnetic backs and hard shells. They carry all sorts of cables and headphones. Pricing is better than malls and the selection is pretty deep. They accept credit card. They are also a UPS and U-Haul depot. Staff are knowledgeable but can be busy from other orders. They are close to transit (Canada line at Lansdowne) and close to a bus route. There are no bike racks nearby but you can probably rig something up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to buy a few items by UHaul. The next day I visited the UHaul store and discovered that I was charged $10 more for packing paper. I feel like I got ripped off. Next time I'll just go to the actual UHaul store.
