★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl with the long black hair at the ink counter is horrible, rude, condescending and obnoxious. The worst customer service! She needs to learn a lesson in manners and perhaps if she is unhappy she should search for another job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here is really disappointing. The printing services department is severely understaffed and leads to unnecessary wait times both in person and over the phone. I was put on hold by the department for over 30 minutes just to ask a simple question. Assistance in the store is pretty much non existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, went to ask a lady for assistance and referred me to a guy that knows the stuffs I am locating and assisted me in chosing the right item. They do not have some items i was looking for but was kind enough to check their other stores if they have them so I do not have to go to other store location. Overall experience is great aside from minor setback on items being out of stock.

Seems Shirley knows printers very well, told me the advantages and disadvantages of those different printers and showed me how to operate them.
Shirley also made me clear how to be taken a nice passport photo there.
Thanks for Shirley's help today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is on occasion fun to find treasure lying in the discount section, but that's where the fun ends at Staples. Everything is of suspicious pricing, and the selection is dubious. The printing and return station are good though, so there is a redeeming factor. Overall, a good store for services rather than goods.
