★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in last July and every interaction with Bilal the property manager and Arjay the super intendant has been both exceptional and a pleasure. Their respective attention to residents needs and issues as they arise related to the unit is beyond reproach.
In conversation with Bilal I recently made the decision to renew my tenancy for another year, and not only was it quick and easy to do so, Bilal was both pleasant and professional to deal with.
I can see myself making my home at 24 York St for some time to come and in no small part due to the great service and attention from Bilal and Arjay.
And that's the just the positives of the staff, the neighbourhood is great. The building is set back so quieter than you'd expect for being downtown.
The building is great too, hardwood floors, high efficiency laundry in the building, and dishwashers and granite countertops.
