★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. No greetings unless you catch their attention because their busy on their phone playing while the customer is waiting by the booth. Very blunt and unhelpful when answering questions. Won't be coming back to this location again.

Their zones are absolutely ridiculous, they dont inform you on the site that your zone isnt right for certain plans, so you go spending 50 dollars on a plan and suddenly can't text or use your data.
Then trying to call customer service is an absolute joke.
Youre forces to list en to a computer blab for almost an entire minute before youre able to select an option.
Then once you finally get to an option to speak with someone, youre told that they are having technical difficulties and it just hangs up on you.
No option for live chat.
This company is a joke.
