So, I had Central Commercial and Residential come and assess it in my Surrey apartment. They diagnosed a blockage in the system. It was fixed and the boiler is running smoothly. It does not turn off needlessly any more. The technicians were friendly and careful. The estimate was affordable. They are highly recommended.

The quote was fair and the installation was professionally completed. The furnace has been working great without issues since the installation. They also taught us some maintenance tips. They did a pre visit to advise the placement of the power connection for the compressor for a neat installation. On installation date, 3 guys showed up and quickly and efficiently installed the A/C unit. I had a/c install at other location. The little surprises 1. The concrete pad was HEAVY duty (min 2 person to lift) unlike my prior experience. 2. they wrapped the lines on the external wall. see pic. 3. they install a water pump as part of "materials" that I wasn't aware it was needed. 4. They installed a new thermostat. Overall, a great and pleasantly surprising (for the positive) experience.
