P	Preet S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been getting my car serviced at this Canadian Tire for over 4 years and have nothing but good things to say. I’ve been helped by a guy named Gurman many times and he’s incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. I trust the people here to take care of my car properly and I always leave feeling like I wasn’t taken advantage of, unlike when I used to take my car to dealerships for service. My experience here has always been positive, fairly priced, and coupled with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and no bs car service.

I had all-season tires installed and they also correctly identified a rear wheel bearing issue on my vehicle and fixed it accordingly at a better than competitive price. I would highly recommend this store and Auto Service Centre. Thank you!

Steve / (employed by Canadian Tire 25-years) Most understanding, knowledgeable, helpful person! I needed an auger belt, Steve knew- what, where, and how! Having Steve in your employ is absolutely an added value to your store! Steve...the belt worked out 100% - just in-time for the next snow! Thanks Steve! ( I would now only shop at that store- the difference an employee made!

We went at the Canadian Tire located in Yonge Street, North of Richmond Hill to buy Dyson Animal V10, and they didn’t have any in stock. In this store they had 30+.
A	Amit Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Canadian tire Auto section I have ever been to. For the simplest thing they would charge you more money. I took my car to them to change a simple value and they wanted me to buy new tires and they refused to fix my car or change valve. Unfortunately I had to go to that location another time and they quoted me 3k while externally I got it done for 850. The auto service associates look at you as a burden. Their is one guy he is a supervisor name with G guy with glasses. Never even smiled and gave you the look that if you are not spending money you are a burden. 2 times they turned me away and not fixed my car and I paid more to get it towed from this location to a mechanic. I am not the one to give reviews but this level of service people need to know. They should file for bankruptcy rather than to treat people like that. I would never ever go to location auto section again and would absolutely never recommend anyone to ever go their.

F	Frankie Hui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience. Seems got a great deal for a set of display model of outdoor furniture. Manager Leo also gave a 10% off on discount and offer a delivery option with a fees. We agreed with it and on the few hours ahead, I received a call from the delivery company and telling that the delivery will not included the table top which its part of the furniture, and the reason is they've been broken few table top for other customers. They said. So the next day I received the delivery, which the table top is missing and I have to drive to the store and pick them up with my own car. So what is the optional delivery which I paid for that? and with the delivery main purpose, the table top are made with brick so I paid for the delivery base on thay, to advoid my dad which is kind of senior to move kind of heavy bricks himself. So either let me know it's free delivery so I might be more happier to handle part of it, or a full refund and no more shipping with Canadian Tires.
k	karl Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One year ago, I gave this store 5 star due to Mark C's great job. Now I gave no star since I met an unprofessional, unfriendly, rude or hostile customer service. I returned one pair of shoes there but a female customer support said no return since she believe I used it outside due to dirty in bottom. I said NO it might be caused by myself trying in dirty Garage floor. Then I suggested what if I go washroom to clean it, then she would find it is complete new, no worn sign at all. She said no need but she insisted she believe I used it outside. I said I didn't. Then I further suggested what if she asked expert in Canadian tire Shoe department for double check. She continued to refuse but insisted I did use it outside. Later a guy involved and they decided to refund it. I complained I can not accept since they said I used it but I actually didn't wear and walk outside. Later on, I heard that guy whispered "stupid". That is obviously he said it to me. Lastly they refused my request taking to supervisor. and said it is DONE, you got refund, GO HOME!!! Now I recalled I actually tried at my vehicle floor when I firstly got it from store. That is why there seems a little salt/dirt sign. It is a common sense anybody would really clean it before return if they really used it and not stupid. I actually never think it is dirty since I never wear it and walk. That is worst customer server EVER!!!
