They worked very hard to help us, as a couple, understand what we want in our future home. This is no easy feat, as my husband and I have very opposing thoughts and ideas. From selling our condo and buying our new home, RR was able to give us the best value. Our condo sold for the highest in the area and we bought our new home for the lowest in the area. They have a good sense of the current market as we relied on them heavily with pricing in both buying and selling. Upon meeting with Ruby and Rocky, we were impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and confidence. Throughout the whole process, Ruby and Rocky were accessible and very responsive. Even though they had several clients, somehow they were always available to accommodate our schedules to see houses and meet to chat whenever we had questions. We always had an open line of communication with them. In terms of selling, it was great to have staging, professional photography, virtual tour and a dedicated website to ensure our house reached as many potential buyers as possible. This was great during the COVID lockdowns as open houses were not allowed. In terms of buying, Rocky was able to impart his background and experience in construction. He was able to give suggestions on how to improve a house and point out which properties and geographical areas would be a good long-term investment. He made sure we were all on the same page when it came to pricing and value. On both fronts, Ruby and Rocky were excellent negotiators, utilizing many different strategies to get firm offers for selling and getting a great price on the house we purchased.
