Canadian Tire requires the cooperation of Suppliers in the implementation of product and packaging stewardship programs, which may include funding and cost recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just about everything in certain departments requires a staff member to open the cage to buy anything and there is usually only 1 with a key. Buying a simple screwdriver set takes literally forever. Would literally go anywhere else if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one thing that grinds my gears the worst is when big chain companies are to lazy to stock shelves properly and place price tags properly. Does anyone see electric around this tag? NOPE than when they get called out on it apparently it's the customers fault. How was it my fault you stocked they selves full of Simon's gas pressure washer and no electric? I don't work here I just seen the price and was gonna buy it. Such BS and the manager told us to look online and read labels there was no other label around to read. Why should I investigate so heavily for your companies poor labeling issues. DO BETTER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service desk & staff are awesome , but the automotive desk is a total different story. Went to go buy a atv utilty trailer, 1200lb plastic off road trailer , a lady insisted I needed to go to registries to get a license plate (on a Sunday , I told her it's to haul around with my quad in m yard ! She told me it doesn't matter. I went to customer service she called manager ,I went to get my atv trailer. ! Maybe learn more !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible shimmy in our vehicle - went to Canadian Tire in South Common to have it repaired because we were going out of town in a few days. $2000.00 later (after they fixed God knows what) and back on the highway - shimmy just as bad. We got off the road as soon as we could and in desperation (and frustration) went to the Canadian Tire in Spruce Grove. Fantastic experience - they balanced the tires, washed the mud off and got us back on the road in 45 minutes. Shimmy completely gone!! And they didn't even charge us.
We will definitely be back - they went above and beyond and we are very grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love supporting Canadian companies and you can’t get much more Canadian than Canadian Tire! Staff are always helpful and have a huge selection of goods for every season I need. I purchased a barbeque at one time and there were some bent parts from transportation and the manager didn’t ask any questions just gave me a brand new part off the floor model! Now that’s great customer service.

So Patrick from seasonal went on the hunt for the product, found it and even carried it out to the car for me. What a great employee who understands good customer service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get some stuff in automotive today a young man helped me out and he was absolutely incredible. He was personable and kind and made sure I had what I needed before I left. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. I tall big dude/ young man with glasses. I sure appreciate it his extra efforts to help me out. We spent over $400 in the store today.
