Just to be fair, I'm not saying they're not nice at the other locations, but I found that the staff here are just that extra bit more friendly and considerate - and it shows! Gloria (?) at the entrance was so kind and helpful. And thank you also to Ken for helping with locating an item that wasn't available at this location. Max stars Costco!

β β β β β I really enjoy shopping here at this Costco location! I was here the other day and I noticed how attentive and diligent Jerome the associate was with disinfecting all the cart handles and making sure the customers were grabbing the sanitized carts instead of dirty ones. It is the little things that associates such as Jerome do that make shopping here at this location a little better. Obviously wait times are quite long, but that is unsurprising for Costco. Otherwise, this is my go-to location!

β β β β β I can't believe what I find at this Costco location. Fresh Durian by Air. Little pricey but once in a while to buy for the family to feel rich lol.
This Costco has more Asian stuff compared to other locations.

β β β β β Huge building with alot of different things to buy. Phone booth is kinda hard to talk to. They made us come back three times just to get a new phone. The deals are good and the food at the front is very tasty. Also enjoy the wide selection of chips at the back.

β β β β β The customer service at this Costco is very unorganized! Last time I was here the store was moderately busy, but the return line constantly had 30+ customers waiting. The line went all the way to the hallway where they store the shopping carts. Even though the heaters were installed in the hallway but they did not turn it on for the customers waiting, it was a windy and cold day! The hallway was below 0 degree for sure. Seeing the elderly waiting in the cold for more than 40 minutes was unbelievable. When it was my turn waiting inside the store, I saw only 2 cashier doing returns behind the register, while the other 2 were scanning returned items by prior customers. None were thinking to at least process the current waiting customers first, which was very inefficient duty assignment. No wonder why the return line is always so long! I would never come back to this Costco. The Vaughan Costco always has someone print the receipts at the line up which makes return so much faster!

We saw this Costco sales various kind of sushi. I was so glad with this situation.
(I think it is not all Costco had it.)
Anyway we bought and ate it.
However, it was not quite tasty what I imagined... It might be not cooked today morning. Because the rice was hard, even though it was keeping cold place...
Just it was really a good price with the amounts. I hope it would be possible to eat fresh sushi in a Costco one day...
Totally, it was not bad experience with Costco sushi.

β β β β β Difficult to find parking (just the same as all other Costco locations).
Well stock, and have wide variety of products.
I feel like they are getting more and more Asian food, such as Japanese mayo, ramen, and love to see more of that!
