★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had a good experience at the store until today and one previous it before this I had security chase me around the store like I was a criminal because I had a medical mask exemption they told me that I needed to be checked out by a manager and had to go through a different till than regular customers I’ve never been so humiliated and felt so discriminated against in my entire life. Our family has chosen not to shop here anymore we were super disappointed I was like I stated previous we have always had a good experience at the store and everyone has always been super helpful until today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst customer service and worst communication I have ever experienced. I am fairly relaxed guy that can understand when things don't go right but Vernon Canadian Tire is one to avoid.
To be fair this is a comment on their automotive service center. I'm sure the store is great.
Fortunately there is the Salmon Arm Canadian Tire to go to which I will gladly drive to just to avoid Vernon at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience, this is one of the worst Canadian Tire stores for customer service. I have repeatedly tried to purchase items that the Canadian Tire website shows the Vernon store as having in stock, yet when I arrive to the store to buy them, staff cannot find the items. This has been for items of various size, from small to very large. The customer service staff response is generally to blame the computer for being incorrect and/or the item is lost somewhere in the warehouse and they are unable to find it. I find myself making the drive to Salmon Arm or Kelowna locations regularly. Extremely frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received the most excellent service at the Vernon store. I lost my invoice and ALL the staff I dealt with went above and beyond to find proof of sale. Big raves to the Parts, CS, and Office staff who all worked hard to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to used their automotive service department for most of my regular car maintenance. Almost two years ago the service manager Alessa (I believe that's the spelling) quit and have had nothing but problems with the service ever since. I recently came in for a winter tire change over and somehow they messed up my alignment! My car was smooth and free of issue, but after the service it pulls hard to the left and sometimes the steering wheel shakes when I brake. Of course no one will give me any answers or actually try to rectify the situation, including the general manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place for a simple tool. On arrival notice at the front door was not working as it hit me walking in. Spoke with customer service was told there was nothing they could do. Explain to customer service that safe access and egress is necessary for all customers. And maybe some signage should be put in place. Parts department was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean store and super helpful. Service manager was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had some lug nut problems and they got me in immediately and kept me informed the entire time.
Staff were all helpful, friendly, and attentive to customers. One of the best experiences being in and shopping at a Canadian Tire.
