Really disappointed. I got a very fast leaking flat this morning and managed to just make it over to the Canadian Tire shop, where my tire was done. Went in, no attendant at the desk. When I finally found someone to inquire to, I explained that my tire was dead flat outside & asked if they could help. The answer I received was an abrupt "no. We can't help you. We're too busy today". I understand your schedule can be full but it was the tone and no option of waiting or any suggestion that bothered me. I just expect a friendier service and maybe a suggestion since I'm stranded in your lot.

Very unprofessional display by all personal working here, we returned to the store to take back a product that we did not care for and were met with criticism and belittled to the point of not wanting to come back. I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location and I will not be returning and neither with people I know. Something has to be done about this situation. If there was an option of no star I would have picked it. Go elsewhere in lloydminster.

They are the poorest service ever and are trying to shift the blame to another location when their poor customer service is exposed. I have spoke with corporate multiple times and the store helping me with the issue and both corporate and the store location I am dealing with have been amazing.

I am an ex CT employee, 71 years old , and I am shocked by the lack of employee training at the last 3 stores visited. When I was an employee, I was required to get familiar with each department, before assigned to my area of responsibility.

Staff here are friendly, have a charity event outside usually! The parking lot is home to a fresh vegetables/bakery stand, see pictures, but I was unable to find hours of operation. Also has a gas station. Has Automotive/Garden centre. I mainly took pictures of their Christmas stock, Lights in particular, see pics for a display of every light they carry, it's very handy and the best marketing for lights I have ever saw. I just came to Canadian tire Lloydminster branch this morning to get my tire change appointment and free wheel alignment check up. After 2 hours they give me a call that my vehicle is done so i pick it up right away. After paying the said amount i check all the paper work that they have done, the wheel alignment print out is missing then i ask the guy at the front and told me that they did not perform, he told me to comeback because they are busy. Imagine how long to wait to get an appointment again just to check the alignment, and i didn't hear any sorry on their part. When they performing the wheel alignment, i notice that the steering wheel is not straight, then the outcome is the alignment print out of the car is not correct, then they told me to align. I am writing this bad experience because lots of people assuming that they perform their job but its not. Imagine how much money losing by their customer and this will served as warning to all.

Terrible customer service. I came to the Party City station to have balloons blown up with helium. Two ladies helped me and were very helpful at helping to pick how many balloons per weight and the colours to choose. They told me it would be 10 minutes. I came back 25 minutes later to someone else blowing up the balloons, or trying to. They kept saying they didn't know how to use the helium and the other people just walked off without telling her how to do it. She proceeded to stand there and say she had to wait for someone else. Instead or the 10 minutes I was told it would take, it ended up taking an hour.
