Had my tires changed, brakes done, oil changed, back door fixed. The store manager is accommodating and understanding. I'm glad there's a well stocked Canadian Tire in Kincardine!
n	niña bonita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my oil and tire change on Sunday. At first I was very pleased to find out that they are taking appointments on a holiday. I was able to get my appointment book on Monday (Aug 2). I got to my appointment at 10am, only to be told that we can’t help you, We don’t have a mechanic today. I understand that it’s a holiday. But, if you have found out the mechanic wasn’t coming in, the professional way of dealing it with was calling the client to tell them know and not wait for them to come in. I have given the automotive department a few different chances to prove what I hear and what I read wrong. Sadly, this wasn’t the case.

Even the basics of a simple acknowledgement, eye contact & friendly greeting are non existent from my experience. They could learn a lot about how to treat a customer by visiting their main competitor HH who consistently provides excellent customer experiences & consistent friendly greetings & a simple “can I help you”? Step it up Canadian Tire, at least get the basics in customer service imbedded.
R	Rob Macdonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in on our way north to pick up a few supplies. They had everything we needed. The store was clean and not too busy. Everyone kept their social distance which was great. It is located just off the main highway. So it was an easy stop. There are also restaurants and a gas station close by, if needed.
L	Lyndsay Macdonell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a Crock pot on clearance. On the clearance sticker the reason for the clearance was because the thermometer was broken but everything else worked. This was not the case as the whole crock pot is completley broken and doesnt work at all! We called and explained out situation and was told a manager would be in contact with us. This was over a month ago and we haven't heard a peep. Pretty disappointing customer experience.
