They are also now, our new location for Service Ontario and Donna is so professional, helpful and polite. I love this store for their beautiful store and staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love going to this store. Saw two items on sale in the catalog. Went in, staff informed where they were, got them and there was a long lineup at the cash out but was efficiently handled by the staff so I got out fast. Very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude service and impatience to get the next customer because i asked a pricing question that other home hardwares had cheaper. Only interested in racking up the $$ with no customer friendliness. I am a senior and first time i have been there after driving 2 hours to pickup an online ordered item which other stores sold less but had no stock.
Very dissatisfied as i am a retail store owner as well. I go out of my way to have a cheerful and happy customer.
Very bad customer service. Salesman needs some training in handling the seniors and non local customers that drive 2 hrs so they can make a sale.
Wow no appreciation. God bless.
