Black Walnuts shells are Extremely hard to cracking, so we could say that the use of it " is more than one ". Service at the check out was Extremely good and Thank you for your services. ??

A	Allhailee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really nice today to be greeted by such friendly staff, when I stated I am medically exempt from wearing a mask, the cashiers kindly said no problem and allowed me to proceed shopping with no hassle. This can sometimes be a really stressful moment for me, but instead I was heard and felt safe to proceed shopping. Thank you for upholding the medically exempt allowance in such a kind way, in such a stressful time. Amazing service amazing staff!

I'm new at getting into wood working, and went to buy wood for a small woodworking project. I went to buy some wood here, and saw the price was $5 for a piece. I asked for a small piece of it, however they told me I had to take the whole thing. Whatever, no biggy, so I asked them to cut it to length as it wouldn't fit in my car. Anywho, fast forward to going through the til, the grand total came to over $150! Apparently it was $5 per linear foot, which, when they wouldn't let me buy the amount I needed, forced me to buy what should have been only $20 of wood. They told me I had no choice but to buy the wood, as they already cut it. If my wife wasn't there, I would of just walked away. They treated me as if I didn't speak English well (I do), and when I asked questions they were rude and did not answer my questions clearly as if they were annoyed at my presence (especially a man by the name of Bill) at having to speak to someone with an accent. I strongly advise people to avoid this store if you're looking for wood. The staff were rude, unhelpful and definitely lack in cultural safety training.

I was not asked about my condition not was I given a chance to explain. I have never been treated so rudely. I am a contractor that spends hundreds of thousands every year here. I have always preferred this store over the larger chains until now. I will NEVER shop here again and I suggest you do the same. Discriminating against valued customers based on medical conditions is unacceptable. This is a disgrace and the company should be ashamed. The manager should be fired. Absolutely appalling.

They said they had the type of block we were looking for on stock. On arrival we went to the contractor service desk to order and they said they didn't have the type we needed, contrary to the call. Made the order with a different type of cinder instead. Went out to the yard and the cinder we needed that they said they didn't have in stock was there. A bit of a hassel with the inventory and ordering process of getting things ordered from the yard to paying for it. We've been there multiple times and getting cement and blocks and mistakes were made on the order every time. Ordering from the contracting area then taking a handwritten price of paper to the till to be paid for is a bit awkward. Overall service was friendly, store was tidy and they had tons of great home decor.
