★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my new Dodge Ram in for its first oil change. A few days later I noticed an oil puddle on my garage floor. Thought I had an oil leak but upon closer inspection the mechanic just didn't wipe up the oil he spilled on the frame. Not impressed with their "factory trained technicians".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife picked up 2 screws and a nail in her tires while driving around town. I reached out to my Salesperson Curt to see if the service center did tire repairs and he told me to come on down. Not only did they get it in and repaired right away, they didn't even charge for the tire repair. Great service and will keep going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for my usual winter service including change to winter tires. Upon pick up the service clerk told me I would be in need of new summer tires and winters as well. I proceeded to go to another tire shop to have a second opinion . The attendant at this tire shop firstly, showed me via a small tool placed into the tread of a new tire, the reading on the new tire and then on my winters which had just been put on by my dealer. He stated that I had 70% tread left and did not require new tires. Later on , arriving home I received a quote from the service dept. of Vernon Dodge Jeep on a new set of winter tires. Which just happen to have a buy 3 get the 4th free. In light of this dishonest treatment of whoever would take ownership for this error/upsale in the service dept. I must share that I have lost all confidence in the Vernon dealership. As a note , I purchased this Jeep from them in 2016. I am not one happy customer but feel this treatment was all for the dollar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyle arranged an appointment at a very convenient time and the truck was ready as promised as usual! Oil change, fuel filter change, tire change over, engine air filter changed and cabin air filter all done. Meticulous work done by Josh as usual! I appreciate the quality of service provided very much. Good job guys! Thank you!
