Bryan switched out my order calculation the next day when I made a mistake with board lengths by juggling things with the supplier which required several phone calls on his part. Their customer service is excellent!!!!

They also carry paint, hardware,building supplies, cabinet hardware, barn door systems etc. Will definitely do business with Windsor again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly, but whoever cuts plywood has a rigid schedule and often uses a dull blade mangling the good side edges of expensive plywood, so it’s not worth buying such products here. The Kamloops store has more flexibility in cut times and the people who do that work are more careful and conscious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go here for work again today, and that situation was demeaning enough. (I'd been here before for work and was already dreading it)... the only thing good I can say is the wood smells nice and it's decently clean.
If you are absolutely perfect, have LOTS of cash, and a dry personality - this place is for you.
