Place is awesome. On top of new products and the staff is super accommodating.

Regarding delivery driver. Was driving down hwy 21 just now, November 11th/2016 1:40pm, and the driver was swerving his wheel back and forth like a crazy person.

Always helpful staff. If they don't have what you're looking for in stock they will get it for you usually that same day. Prices are fair and competitive. The staff know their stuff.

I'm an electrical contractor from out of town and stopped in here to grab some parts for a local job. This would have been the 3rd or 4th time I had been into the store over a period of a few weeks. There was an older man working the counter who I suppose had never been taught common courtesy or basic customer service as he was both rude, extremely slow and unhelpful. This is the second time I had the unfortunate situation of having to deal with him. I had a small list of parts, instead of writing it down and getting them (which is what any person I've ever dealt with has done) he had me read each individual to him and he would retrieve them one by one. To be clear he would walk into the back find one item and then come back and ask me for the next item and return to the same isle and repeat until all the requested items were found. I didn't tell him I was in a slight hurry but this was a complete waste of my time and you could tell he just didn't care. At the end when he rang the parts up he had charged me more then double what I would have paid at home depot and almost triple what other suppliers I deal with charge. I sometimes shop at a local Ideal supplier to me and had recently inquired about possibly opening an account. It wasn't a big order at all that this person cheated me on but the experience has angered me so much that I don't ever want to give the company my business again. If anyone is unclear and knows the place it was the old man who apparently doesn't wear a mask at work but does choose to wear some weird bandana around his wrist. I would assume he has ties to the owner or the employee pool in the area is bone dry.
