★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was left with a hefty >$8,000 bill after having to replace the turbocharger (and everything that goes with it) in a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 that I purchased from this lot (replaced at a different Chrysler dealership). I should've realized that the truck was down on power from the day that I purchased it, but I unfortunately did not have much of a baseline since it is a daily driver for me (work and back, ~30km highway driving). The management and staff shrugged their shoulders and said essentially said "too bad" after I confronted them, and now I'm left with a big bill.
I do not recommend buying any used vehicles from this lot. You'd expect from Chrysler dealership that they'd do their due diligence on a vehicle prior to putting it up for sale, but I just don't think it was the case.
Again, don't buy a used vehicle from here unless you're looking to pay a great deal extra for repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys got the work done, but it did take 3 trips to get it done. I needed an update for my radio head unit and it took three tries to update it with the correct software after I specifically told them the update that was needed that i had found online.
But the waiting area is nice, the coffee is great and the staff were all professional and courteous.

They got my warranty work fixed and even asked if I wanted to keep my stickers I had on the back window which there was no way I could have gotten them off or even gotten them to stay on the new window in one piece. But appreciated the offer. Definitely worth the drive to Denham Chrysler for work to be done or even purchase opposed from where I live

Crystal did all the financial stuff and was very awesome to work with. Jack was awesome and Danielle too. If your tossed up on your next vehicle purchase then consultant Jack at Denham and he will definitely meet your wishes! I got a sweet bonus too you can’t go wrong with a Ram! Very smooth truck. Way better than my 2013 “competitor” truck. Thanks again Jack and everyone I’m loving my new ride! They work with all banks to get your best deal, these two aren’t just a salesman/ saleswoman they are for the customer and want you to be happy, how it should be! Also a coworker gives 20/10 so ya go with Denham!
