About Crystal Glass Canada Ltd
Crystal Glass guarantees the seal on your auto glass installation for as long as you own the vehicle, with the exception of leaking due to body deterioration. Furthermore, Crystal Glass will warranty the windshield against pressure cracks (breakage for no apparent reason) and distortion for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty on tempered parts.
Crystal Glass guarantees all windshield repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. If the windshield cracks from the repaired area, Crystal Glass will deduct the original cost of rock chip repair from the new windshield replacement cost. In the event a new windshield replacement is necessary, the insured must pay the deductible portion of their insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had my windshield replaced which was not installed correctly the first time as I had some bad wind noise (the same noise you hear when you blow on top of a pop bottle). When I first went to discuss my issue with them a staff member told me it was normal and something I would have to live with. I then phoned the manager who was nothing short of amazing, he ordered me a new windshield and got me booked in to have it reinstalled. He also made sure to replace the tint on the top of my windshield at no cost to me.

Louise was amazing she found a window in stock got me in the second I pulled up got insurance coverage with no extra stress to me. Wow what a difference great customer service makes I can't thank her enough for making an extremely stressful time so much better on me. Hope they keep her happy they need to keep her around ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was taken a week ahead of time for 13:00, for a repair job that was quoted to take 2-3h. Dropped the car at 12:40 and were told to expect the job to be completed 3h from now. 2h30 later, the work hadn't even begun on the car (we inquired, they never notified us), and were told that it was a 4h job. Decided to cancel, as they hadn't begun working on the windshield. We were told by the reception lady that there was no way anyone at this company could have ever told us it was a 2-3h job (but that is why we took an appointment there and made a detour and drove to Lloyd), and that it wasn't reasonable for us to expect them to start working on the car roughly at the time of the appointment. After all she said, "when you go to the doctor and they are late, it's part of the deal". Well guess what, your business is not a doctor's office, and if the service is not good, we can simply give our business to someone else, which is what we did. Oh and we saved 70$ taking our business elsewhere. Cheers.
