I have purchased several new vehicles over the years but without a doubt, Cassandra made the process the best new vehicle purchase experience I have ever had! I'm not from Lloydminster so most of the dealings were done over the phone or text message. Being so far away from a custom truck build made me nervous however shortly after the initial discussions we had over the phone I knew I would be taken care of. She didn't leave me with any questions and was always available when I wanted to ask something or add another item to the truck build. I'm not an easy customer to work with as I change my mind every few hours and she was always friendly and helpful whenever I made a change. Thank you very much Cassandra! You're great! Boundary Ford also has a great finance team! I dealt with Teresa Anagnostou and she was also incredibly helpful and easy to deal with! She was honest and open about things which made the financial end of the purchase smooth and enjoyable!
Boundary has a great team! Thanks ladies for all of your exceptional work! I will buy from Cassandra again and again even though her dealership is 10 hours away from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a Ford F-150 remotely from this dealership. Cassandra was the salesperson who helped me out. She is an amazing girl who provided all the details I needed about the truck. She sent me the videos and pointed out everything starting from a tiny rock mark to the interior features of the truck. Also, she was super friendly, easy going and patient to answer many of my questions that you rarely find in the sales world now a days. This was the third truck in the last 6 months from the same dealership that I inquired about. I was talking to Cass all the time and she was patient enough to treat me well and answer my questions every single time.
I also wanted my truck delivered to BC and glad everything worked out seamlessly. Amanda from finance did a great job by sending all the additional documents to ICBC instantly.
Never physically visited this dealership but Cass made everything look so easy …. Way to go…. you are a gem Cass …. Keep up your services !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minus stars if I could. Bought a 80k truck, week later I noticed it has a crack going through the rear taillight. I notified the salesman and manager about the issue. Took over two weeks to look at truck. They DENIED warranty!!! On a brand new truck!! Was told there was nothing Ford would do or boundary ford would do about it. “It complicated “ “not a cut an dry situation” told me to deal with Ford Canada myself! The sale manager said he was going to look into helping me and wasn’t just going to wash his hands with this. But never heard from him on over a month. So I got in contact and he pretty said your SOL. So I’ll be dealing with ford myself I guess and telling them how awesome this dealership is. Never buying a vehicle here again. Absolute joke.
