R	Ryan Heibloem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh, nothing special, typical lousy crampy tire compete with mediocre customer service, staff with bad attitudes, and nothing ever in stock as advertised. Complete with the tag line "OH, we're sold out" ya, on the first day of the sale 10 minutes after opening. Right.

Floor staff walking around with masks looped only around one ear, staff chatting at customer service with masks off? I’m sure management doesn’t care about regulations if they’re this blatantly bad about using them. Disappointing.
R	Rick Desjardins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy this store and all they offer plus the awesome sale deals that can be had on tools power tools power washers compressors welders oil and all the everyday stuff on hand You get decent quality at much lower pricing and if you look after your purchase properly (power washer / generator / welder etc) and maintenance as required it will last a long long time! I have been going here since my twenties and have never been disappointed so that says ALOT right there This store has a little of everything and to browse the whole place well you better pack a lunch!!! Take care you all ?

Friendly staff, and techs.who are properly trained, in doing it right the first time. All the staff and customers followed all the Government Covid rules. I will definitely be back for my next set of tires. Thanks for the excellent service.
B	Bradley Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been calling for 20 minutes for a price check after your vernon location sold all 3 units they had AFTER i paid and confirmed my order then took 45 minutes on the phone to cancel the order two weeks after the promised delivery date. Not a single extension will answer including the office.

B	Brad Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this store at all costs. I went in to buy a 5 gallon bucket, which you can see 200 of lining the front wall. I waited in line and asked to buy one of those buckets. "ummmm, they're in aisle 67" said the older lady at the till. So I went back into the store and looked there, no buckets. I waited in line again and said they are not there, but there's literally 200 right behind you can I please buy one. "umm, check aisle 76. Or maybe automotive." So I went BACK into the store and checked those places. No buckets. I return to the front and asked for a third time if I could please just buy a bucket. The lady said she would try to find them and off she goes. While I was waiting I decided to just grab one, which I did. I spent 30 mins in this poorly managed store when I could have been out in 2 mins. Moral of the story: just grab a bucket. The older ladies at the tills do not care to help you at all.
