★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did some training sessions with Logan and I was really happy with the sessions! He did a great job of understanding my goals and making sure I reached them! He pushed me and made sure I didn't make excuses! He was very knowledgeable and was also making sure I had good form to prevent injuries.

I have been training with Roxy and she has definitely helped me get more comfortable with the overwhelming factor of walking into a gym with a bunch of people. The personal training is expensive, but definitely worth it! Things are clean and lots of variety in machines and equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal, I cancelled my membership summer of this year due to moving somewhere with no Motion fitness gym. And now I just got a bill of $216 for some reason. Save your money folks. They know my membership haven’t been use and not a single call on my phone whatsoever or money taken on my bank account.

Go to the multiplex! There's no contract there and you don't get harassed by personal trainers to sign up with them. They're like vultures!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular that is almost breaking down the doors very early in the morning. The first part of my morning routine is seeing a extremely happy front counter staff-Bailey. It throws my whole day when she isn't there for her daily good mornings. She is also very professional in everything she does, and makes sure everyone is courteous to each other. Bailey deserves a huge bonus for the work that she does and the customer service she offers. Love you Bailey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your money. Myself and many others I know have bin over charged. Just paid my yearly maintenance fee for the second time in 3 months but staff tells me this isn’t true. My statement say otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member at the Lloyd location for over 2 years now, and I haven't had any issues. If you visit in the morning, you will most likely be greeted by Bailey and she is great! She is always welcoming members with a smile and kind hello. She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help resolve an issue if you have one. All the staff at motion is great, friendly, and helpful but mornings are my favourite training times because of the friendly conversation I can look forward to. She is the only staff member I've seen that can call most people by their name, before they even scan their membership card and it's the little things like that that make training at motion a little more enjoyable!
