De Novo Fitness was built on the foundation to educate people just like you who are starting their fitness journey and need some guidance in a calm, encouraging, judgement- free environment where you are allowed to make mistakes. Everyone has to start somewhere and we are here to help you through your fitness journey to gain the confidence, understanding, and motivation to go out there on your own and feel good about it!
