The staff at To The Core are welcoming and knowledgeable. They're able to adapt workouts to individual needs. Group classes are small so each student gets more attention. The facility has a range of equipment to offer a variety of workouts and class options.

It has been far to long since I have done much to get physically active. Over the last 10 years I have had SI joint and sciatic pain. More recently, in the past year I took on a job that has caused the pain to worsen and be a daily battle. With help from others I was told of pilates at To The Core. In the last 2 months I haven't regretted my decision once! From the first consult, to private lessons, and then onto core 1 I have always been encouraged and supported. To The Core has made getting moving easy, as I look forward to my outing for me twice a week! Most of all I am never made to push through my pain, I am worked with one on one to come up with modifications that work for me. I knew absolutely nothing about Pilates when I started over 5 years ago and now I can't live without it. If I had to pick just one thing about To The Core that I love it's that I have complete confidence in the instructors' training and experience ability to make the workouts challenging but safe, making expert modifications for individual needs. To the Core Pilates is a inviting environment to exercise, learn about your body and learn what works for you as an individual. The staff is well trained, friendly and make Pilates so much fun. If you are wanting to get started with Pilates stop in and talk to Donna and her staff you will be glad you did.

I have been doing Pilates for just over 3 years and it has made such a difference with my body, breathing and concentration! I stand straighter and feel stronger. I also enjoy the people and atmosphere. The instructors are the best and make it a great experience!

I've been doing Pilates for a little less than a year and I love it. It works for me with Fibromyalgia because it's low impact and the coaches always have modifications ready for things my body just won't let me do. Over the months, though I've gained strength and flexibility and I find it easier all the time to do new things. The staff are kind and encouraging and make exercise fun. That's not something I would have said a year ago but these ladies love their jobs; laughter is included in every workout!

As someone who had never done Pilates before I was relieved to find To The Core has a warm, relaxed environment and small class sizes. The initial assessment was easily scheduled and offered the opportunity to ask questions. I have now been attending Pilates classes consistently for the past six months and have noticed a big improvement in my core strength and balance. I appreciate that Pilates requires me to be fully present which means I am forced to set aside my day and focus on myself for an hour. I would definitely recommend To The Core to anyone looking for a gentle method to de-stress, and improve core strength and balance.

I have been taking Pilates classes at To The Core for over 2 years and I love everything about it. The atmosphere is so positive and upbeat, with the added bonus of the classes being both challenging and fun. I have increased strength and flexibility and no more back or hip pain. Donna and her staff are amazing and are always willing to go that extra mile to make their clients comfortable. The smaller classes give you a personalized touch, ensuring that all exercises are done correctly and work according to each groups skill level. I would recommend and encourage anyone to join!
