Integrity Athletics - Lloydminster

Integrity Athletics is a multi-platform facility co-owned by Larissa Scott and Scott Noble. It will allow athletes to grow and develop further than their competitive career as it offers quality services with quality trainers. Inside Integrity Athletics, you will find three businesses working under one roof; CrossFit Lloydminster, Grit Athletic Performance, and CuJo Conditioning.

CrossFit Lloydminster has been established since 2011. Scott and Kim Noble are proud to be the new owners of CrossFit Lloydminster, as they bring excitement and the opportunity for growth. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is based on high intensity exercise, using a variety of training modalities. Our knowledgeable coaches allow everyone to participate by scaling workouts to the individual’s fitness ability and/or modify movements based on any restrictions a person may be facing at the time, such as an injury.

Grit Athletic Performance is owned and managed by Head Strength Coach, Larissa Scott. She respectively holds her Bachelors Degree in Science, Exercise Physiologist certification, Precision Nutrition training, and work experience in a variety of populations including but not limited to; athlete, rehab, and chronic diseases. With her previous work experience with Clayton Conditioning, she has gained a following within the local sport organizations and local athletes. Larissa grew up as a competitive hockey player and grew into a trainer and mentor for elite hockey teams, giving her an added edge to knowing what it takes to become a successful athlete.

Joining forces with the already established Curtis Johnson from CuJo Conditioning, will create an one-stop shop for choosing the best suited facility for all athlete needs as they carry the most education and knowledge in Lloydminster when it comes to sports performance. Curtis is passionate about developing athletes from a young age up to their older years, helping them to achieve their end goals. Together we can create an efficient and educated training facility.
