★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hope with a massage is that the manual manipulation is able to move stuck energy in my body so I feel both a physical and emotional release. No one has been able to do that like Crystal. Aside from working on your body, she has an amazing gift to also shift your energy. She has so many tools in her belt so, from my impression, she tweaks her work based on what she feels you need - intuitive! If you know you hold emotions in your body (hint: we all do), I cannot recommend Crystal enough. She's an amazing source of light!
