M	Melina DaSilva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many nail salons over the past 17 years of my life and nothing gave me as bad of a vibe as this one. The moment I walked into the salon without an appointment they were able to take me which was nice. I clearly explained to the lady I wanted a pedicure with two big two extensions and manicure, she said no problem we can do that. She sat me down at a pedicure tub and went to the front desk. All I hear is "so what are you going to charge her?". Clearly all about the money. When the lady returned she started complaining that my toe would take an hour to file because it was to thick and that she didn't want to put extensions on them but yet already cut my toe nails very short and didn't even ask the length I wanted. As the pedicure continued she ended up giving me an extension on one toe nail due to her cutting it way to short to my liking. She then went and gave me the cheese grater but no purple scrub and I have bad heels. She kept saying I don't need the purple pumice, which I've never not had. Once she gave me the purple pumice and scrubbed the side of my foot so hard she cut me. I then got a manicure and she said she couldn't make my nails square because they were to short. She was being nice and making small conversation. All in all, wasn't a great experience and won't go back there. .

My mother and I both got mani-pedis and both received different procedures. My mom's nail polish is already peeling off 5 hours later. We definitely will never go back.
N	Nicole Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a gift certificate for a deluxe Mani and pedi and went in thinking it was going to be amazing. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The gentleman doing my pedicure was super friendly (almost uncomfortable friendly) but rushed through everything and another guy awkwardly did my manicure at the same time. Was the worst experience ever for something that was supposed to be a great experience. To top it all off I was charged almost $40 dollars for gel polish when I was told it was $15 at the beginning. I will not be going back and I would not recommend.

Everything was fine until he started asking me inappropriate questions about myself. Questions about the people I date, how I probably only date 'Tall, blue eyed, blonde guys'. Asking me what is the oldest guy I would date, ect. It was super uncomfortable. Almost seemed like he was trying to find an 'in' with me? I then received a phone call where the person on the line needed my first and last name to which I didn't feel comfortable saying out loud. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to get out of there. At the end he told me that I 'have seductive eyes.' to which I just paid and left. I went here a year ago and quickly remembered why I never returned. If it happened to me, it must be happening to others. That was inappropriate behaviour to anyone.

I wanted Solar French tips - and ended up with 80’s press on nail lookalike - interesting it cost $80 tooo ?I attempted to talk with my nail lady regarding product that she would be using - and showed her a photo of the length of nail I prefer - she seemed insulted and told me that” I should just go back that nail salon if that’s what I wanted” - uhmmmm duh should have just RUN at that point - thanks tips ?? miserable ? she did use solar and then painted on the French tips trashy - the nail lady also had a very concerning discoloured fungus thumb nail ? The reception guy was RUDE everything interaction he had was caddy and Sarcastic. The nail lady had a concerning discoloured fungus thumb nail ?
K	Kat Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you are able to be seen, the service is fine. But honestly, why have so many chairs if you aren’t staffed to utilize them? The one day I stopped, they said to return in 40 minutes, easy, then I return and was told another hour and a half. One day I arrived, was told I could get my nails done to pick the colour and then oh sorry, no. So frustrating. Yes, I likely could make appointments, but my schedule is unpredictable. So now, I go elsewhere.
M	Meow Olsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was walking in without appointment so glad he can do it for me but he was so rushed and I didn't even get the foot scrubs at all. He's quickly paint the toe nails and massage my leg for two minutes and charge me for 55$. After that I have to go to a different nail salon to get it done again. Will not return to this place ever!!
