★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I struggle to find hats that I like and fit me. I have been into lids in Vernon two times in the last month and I spoke to the same young woman. Unfortunately I didn't get her name however she was incredible on both occasions. She knows the products well and was very friendly. She understood what I was looking for in a hat and helped me find one that fits perfectly. Truly great customer service. Fantastic experience in the store. Can't say enough good things about her.
