Q	Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the receipt is says no refunds after 14 days. I bought arnica and called the next day to see if I could return it as I had opened it. They said yes and bring your receipt. Brought it back the next day to only get a very condescending reply from KIM, says she heard my conversation from the day before and this is what I asked for? I asked her if she heard the whole conversation? No reply but so rude She walked away saying I will check and see if we can return it? She comes back and very grumpy says I have to do a return form so we can get our way back. I said to her, her customer service is very poor. She slams the pen down and asks another employee to finish my transaction? Kim did not like being advised of the stores 14 days return policy from me. I did end up buying a more expensive arnica from them which I regret I did. They are not the only store like this in Vernon. Won’t ever be back. Natures fare all the way

p	pineapple :D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy the products and the staff are quite knowledgeable. BUT, the disregard for Covid-19 protocol is troubling. Many employees are not wearing masks, or they are wearing small shields that are not approved by the CDC. As a health store this is troubling. Also, customers have been seen without a mask in their store many times and the rules are not enforced by the staff members. I hope to see things improve in store for the safety of their staff and others.

M	M e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very troubling to see staff never keeping 2 m apart, and masks under their nose. Also, for real test of their "knowledge" give them an MCAT. This is the Medical College Admission Test, a standardized examination for prospective medical school students. The staff here know MARKETING ONLY driven by the supplement companies themselves, no actual in depth physiology, virology, chemistry,physics, or much science knowledge. ie.Salt Lamps don't "clean the air" nor "produce negative ions." Prof. Jack Beauchamp at Caltech has studied atmospheric ions for over 45 yrs and has written hundreds of studies. So, no the staff at Lifestyle Naturals don't know the science. They know MARKETING not science based facts. Staff at this store are heavy on opinion, light on science knowledge.

While I occasionally go to other health food stores in town I keep going back to Lifestyle because of their high level of professionalism, qualifications, diverse products and, most importantly, their care and wide knowledge. I’ve never been disappointed in all these years and I always refer everyone that comes to my clinic to go and get their supplements from there. Whatever question you may have you can always trust that, with their knowledge, they will have the proper answer for you and, in the rare occasion that they don’t have the answer on the spot they will always bend backwards and go the extra mile to research for you. Karin ( the manager), Donna, Betty, Richelle, Renee, to name just a few of their staff are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and all in all a lovely presence in the store making your experience very pleasant. Highly recommend them and their products! Thank you Lifestyle for making my life style more enjoyable. It’s good to know that you can have people and small businesses in the community that you can count on!
