The layout of the products is great since it is very easy to see all of the options the store has to offer. The staff had great knowledge and was very interested in what I was looking for and helping me find what I needed. Very satsified customer and will be returning!

Most of us need an alternative healthy protein source, which is what the friendly assiciates advised me about. Whey is not suitable to replace more that one meal a day, but it provides a reliable healthy protein kick, ein that golden hour after any exercise, to maintain and increase muscle strength and size, and keep us seniors and others as healthy as possible. Read warnings on labels and consult a physician before embarking on any diet or exercise programme. Thanks!

Cody explained everything to us especially me being a Type 2 diabetic so easily to understand. We will definitely will be back/ repeat customers and will recommend to everyone.

The young man at the front counter was very friendly to deal with, suggested some deals that I was not aware of. Knows his product and what he has. He deserves a raise in pay.
