★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gotten both pest snails and ICH from fish and plant purchases so you should have a quarantine tank if you buy from here. However they seem to stop selling temporarily when issues are there, so good for them. Can't speak about anything but aquatics really. Prices are pretty good, staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer to support local stores but PetSmart is pretty useful for some purchases. Oh and points, that's pretty neat, worth it if you spend a lot on aquarium stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good. Some of the staff are really friendly, others not as much. Also their knowledge of what they sell isn't always good (varies between employees). I try to shop at Pet Planet more, for friendlier, more knowledgeable advice, but will shop at Pet Smart when they don't have what I need at Pet Planet. Still a good store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grooming centre is a joke. We took our dog in for deep conditioning and a full body shave. He came out with a rat tail and one paw shaved. The deep conditioning clearly never happened and now he’s covered in white flakes and he smells worse too.
