The sales was SO helpful and interested in our pup. She had lots of good advice and suggestions. She spent a good half hour showing me the things on my list, but didn't pressure me to get things I didn't need or want. She delighted in my pictures of Gracie and made me promise to bring her in so she could see her. By the time I left I felt not only happy but also confident in my ability to care for the newest addition to our family. Thank you Candace!

The lady we spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we left knowing what we needed and what we didn't. I ended up buying the food and a heater for the tank there. We will be back for our other fish and other pet related needs.

What a well stocked store, and really nice and helpful employees. I saw that they had a "do-it-yourself" pet bathing area and decided to give my dog a bath and all I can say is: their set up makes it so easy! I was done in about 10 minutes and there was no big mess to clean up, and they provide all the things you need. Other do-it-yourself-pet-bathing places charge $20, they charge $10 here and have and even offer a "first time free bath" gift so come here and check it out, you will be glad you did.

The staff was helpful and very welcoming and made sure that I was able to get what I needed and share in lovely pet conversation. Reptile selection is great and worm cricket supply seems to be on the ball. Thanks for your lovely customer service, and I'll be seeing your team regularly.
