★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed.., my sister called in almost 4 hours prior to book an appointment which the lady said 5:30 would work for 2 people.. we get there at 5:30 for our appointment and the lady says are you sure you called the right place cause we don’t have anyone written down for 5:30.. my sister said yes the girl on the phone confirmed 5:30 with me... the lady basically made it seem like we where lying about calling in even after my sister showed her the phone call on her phone.... the lady then says well neither of us answered your phone call so I’m sorry... then goes to say can you come back another time.... not a good experience..

I asked 3 times for hot water and still didn't get it. Water overflowed in pedi chair soaking sandles and purses. I believe he used a bowl from kitchen ( which looked dirty) to empty the sink.
Lots of pedi chairs but no workers to do pedi. They kept telling people they were too busy but only 3 customers in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely nice staff, especially with the one I got named Anthony. Everyone seemed non-judgemental and the experience was extremely good for my first time getting my nails done and got a lot info about it and I was treated very nicely. I would definitely recommend this to other people and my nails turned out very beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst nail salon I have been to in my entire life. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, I have given this place 3 tries since it is the only place still open in my area during covid. $70 a set to go home and fix them yourself. Not worth it. Makes me want to rip my eyes out because I think that would feel nicer than ripping these cheap acrylics off. If I could give this place less than zero stars I would. Worst money I have ever spent and the worst my nails have ever looked. Closing your eyes and painting your own nails would probably look better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude Vietnamese lady. She was late opening her business. She was not pleasant and I thought highly of this place before but now it's not what it used to be. Not a good place. The atmosphere is not pleasant any more. I wouldn't come back especially if that same lady is here who makes the business look terrible leaving a bad taste. Ppl like her make the business lose valuable customers.? Today Oct 30, 10:15 am. She walked in late. She is not a happy camper. She tells me to come back at 1pm. LOL
