I had an unfortunate situation with an item I purchased and she went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Had no problems taking a speaker out and letting me hear it to make sure it was what I was looking for they really took the time to show off the products and take care of the customer!!! They went through all the features of it and I was so impressed I bought two!!!! And they are playing in the background right now , surrounding my tens acres in music!!! Thank you guys I will def be back with service like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicky the store manager is Awesome. Her customer service is excellent. This store is always well stocked and the shelves are faced and tidy. Always helpful even giving a phone call when the merchandise arrives. Will always shop here.
. I've worked in retail myself for over 30 years and Vicky is everything your store needs she's a KEEPER . If one review went thru with only 4 stars that's an oops there should be 10 stars for Vicky. But will take the 5. Keep up the Excellent service.
