All the girls working there genuinely cared about my experience, helped me out with my clothing by making sure it was waiting for me at the till while I shopped and we're all simply pleasant people. Rare to see such a great team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anytime I'm in the area I always make time to stop in this amazing store. The ladies that work there are friendly and very helpful which is an asset to have in retail service.
They sell upbeat classy clothes for a reasonable price and you're always guaranteed to find atleast one clearance rack with amazing deals on it.
But don't take my word for it, drop in and see for yourself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Shop there again EVER. ....avoid this store like the plague... Bought two pair of jeans for my wife second pair at 50% off. She had tried on a size 3 and size 1. She decided she wanted both in size 1 took all the pants up to the counter. When we paid somehow the one pair of jeans was mistakenly put in the bag at size 3 not size 1. Went back the next morning to exchange it for the right size, and was informed that the sale was no longer on and if I wanted to exchange them I would have to pay the full price. I said can I talk to a manager I was told no if I wanted exchange I had to pay. I lost it was so upset. So because they put the wrong Jeans in the Bag I have to pay more money or keep the Jeans that don't fit. I paid.... had no choice.... but it is the last penny this store will ever get from me and I will tell everyone I meet do not ever shop at Eclipse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the clothing of this store and the staff are always very nice. I’m not happy with my experience buying jeans there though. I’m very picky when it comes to jeans and was told to size down “for sure” because the jeans would stretch. The sales clerk that told me this was aware of which particular jeans I was buying as well. A few days of wearing them, cutting my circulation and getting tummy aches I brought the jeans back with the receipt and tags. The manager working that day told me that the style of jeans I bought would not stretch at all. She would not let me return them or give me any credit because the tags were not attached. I understand that this is their policy but I wish they would have honoured the fact that they wasted a lot of my time, comfort and money. I also explained my situation to the Kelowna store with the same outcome. If I had been given the right information then I’d recommend this store but since it was their fault I had a bad experience and did nothing about it then thumbs down for me and I won’t be going back unless they decide to make up for their mistakes.
