★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed in the body shop vernon bc location at the village green mall. The mall reopened a few weeks ago afer the covid19 forced closure. I went to the mall hoping to purchase my favorite body cream but the store was closed. I understand some shops haven't reopened, but if you Google the body shop in Vernon it says it's open, so again I go to the mall expecting it to be open but no it wasn't!!!! This shows a lack of respect for their dedicated customers...I mean update the store hours so I don't waste my time! Bonnie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I have contacted your head office and will be talking with someone from there shortly. I went in on my birthday (August 10th) between 3:30pm-6pm. This was a Friday so the mall didn't close until 9pm. Myself and my boyfriend went in and I had money to spend. This was my first time ever coming into this Body Shop location and came to VG mall just to check it out. THREE girls were standing behind the till chatting which is understandable you can only do so much tasking and the way the shop is set up it's bound to happen. HOWEVER, they stopped talking when we walked in to awkwardly look at us...then continue their conversation. No greeting or anything. SO I decided to start looking at some product. Now, I would've purchased lotion, vitamin e moisturizer, fragrance, make up BUT NO ONE WOULD HELP ME! As I was asking for help someone that knew one of the girls walked into the store saying she had a gift for her. So insulting they all give her their full attention. I was then around the corner from the till looking at the hemp lotion products and tried coughing really loudly. At that point you've lost a lot of money how do you cover 3 wages with no money made in that time? We walked out of the store and very loudly said, 'thanks for all the help I would've spent a lot of money here.' DONE. with competition like Lush customer service is important. Maybe I'm more critical having worked in retail and studied marketing, operations & finance, and HR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store with my teenage daughter and the two girls initially were quite friendly and welcoming. They stated that all samples are put away and if we wanted to try anything on we should ask. We agreed and starting browsing. One of the girls was watching us very closely. I held a banana scented bottled of shampoo up to my nose to smell it and she very rudely told me that if you want to touch the bottles we ask that you request a sample then she quickly walked over and dramatically reached right across my face to remove the bottle I touched in a huff. Unbelievably rude.
